What you will learn

Guided Meditation

Engage in various forms of guided meditation, such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, and body scan meditation. Calm the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate self-awareness.

Hatha Yoga Asanas

A series of gentle Hatha yoga asanas (postures) that focus on improving flexibility, strength, and balance. Adapted to suit all levels, making them accessible to all level practitioners alike

Pranayama (Breathwork)

Controlled breathing techniques. Practicing pranayama can have a calming effect on the nervous system, improve lung capacity, and enhance mental focus.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, is a guided relaxation technique that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation. A systematic process of releasing tension and finding profound relaxation.

Mindful Movement

The course incorporates mindful movement exercises, encouraging participants to move with awareness and intention. These movements can be slow and gentle, enhancing body-mind connection.

Chanting and Mantra

Chanting of Sanskrit mantras or other uplifting phrases to create a meditative atmosphere and promote a sense of spiritual connection.

Yoga Philosophy and Wisdom
