Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)
Flow between arching and rounding the back, promoting spinal flexibility and gentle movement.
Modified Warrior II
A gentle variation of Warrior II, with a wider stance and less depth, to build strength and improve balance.
Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana)
Stretch the hamstrings and lower back while seated, using props like a strap or cushion for support.
Chair Pose (Utkatasana)
Strengthen the legs and glutes while sitting on a chair or using the support of a wall.
Supported Bridge Pose
Elevate the hips with a block or cushion under the sacrum, offering a gentle backbend to ease sciatica discomfort.
Easy Pose (Sukhasana)
A comfortable seated position for meditation and centering, with the option to sit on a cushion or chair for added support.
Legs Up the Wall (Viparita Karani)
