What you will learn

Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)

This gentle flow between arching and rounding the back helps warm up the spine and increase mobility.

Child's Pose (Balasana)

A resting pose that stretches the lower back and hips, providing a calming start to the practice.

Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskar A)

A modified version of the classic sun salutation, involving flowing movements to warm up the entire body.

Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)

A powerful pose that engages the legs, core, and arms, building strength and stamina.

High Lunge (Alanasana)
